Job Description

We are looking for high-energy, fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners in Florida to discuss water quality awareness and setting appointments for our field consultants. This is a remote position that requires discipline, a professional workspace, and excellent communication skills.

1. Technical & Equipment Requirements (Strict)

To ensure call quality and system stability, you must meet the following criteria:

Internet: High-speed stable internet (Fiber or Cable) with a minimum of 40 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload. (Speed test proof may be required).
Hardware: A dedicated Desktop PC or Laptop (Windows 10/11 or macOS). Strictly no tablets, Chromebooks, or mobile devices.
Processor/RAM: Minimum Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB of RAM.
Audio: Professional USB Headset with a noise-canceling microphone. (No Bluetooth or phone earbuds).
Workspace: A quiet, private, and distraction-free home office environment.

2. Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual Mastery: 100% fluency in both English and Spanish. You must be able to switch languages effortlessly.
Experience: Previous experience in Telemarketing, Cold Calling, or Appointment Setting is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle rebuttals professionally.
Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate CRM software and VoIP phone systems.
Self-Motivated: Since this is remote, you must be a self-starter who can maintain high call volume without direct supervision.

3. Schedule & Compensation

Shift: Monday through Friday.
Availability: Must be flexible with working hours; includes one mandatory Saturday per month.
Pay Frequency: Reliable Bi-weekly payments.
Performance: Base pay plus performance-based bonuses/commissions for every qualified appointment set.

4. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to residential leads in Florida.
Educate homeowners on water quality issues (Hard water, PFAS, Chlorine).
Qualify homeowners based on interest and homeownership status.
Schedule in-home water health assessments for our sales consultants.
Accurately log all call activity and lead information in our CRM.

Additional Requirements to Consider (Pro-Tips):

Background Check: Since agents are handling homeowner data, you may want to mention a required background check.
Training Period: Specify if the initial training (usually 3–5 days) is paid or unpaid.
Power Backup: In remote call centers, asking if the agent has a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) or a backup power source is common in areas prone to outages.
Dual Monitors: Strongly recommend (but don't necessarily require) a second monitor. It makes navigating the script and the CRM much faster, increasing their "Talk Time."
Typing Speed: A requirement of at least 35–40 WPM (Words Per Minute) ensures they can take notes while talking.
